Year 1 Certification:

This certification recognizes participants who have shown commitment to the Miracle Worker training by attending most of the sessions over a year.

Certification Requirements:

• Attendance of at least 40 out of 52 Thursday classes.

Year 2 Certification:

This certification is awarded to those who have dedicated two years to enhancing their general leadership skills through consistent participation in the program’s sessions.

Certification Requirements:

• Attend at least 40 out of 52 Thursday classes.
• Attend all general leadership training classes (currently 18), excluding the advanced Google Meet sessions.

Classes:

• Complete all 24 general leadership training classes (with the number of sessions increasing over time).

Topics Covered:

• Leadership Training: The Last Dance (6 sessions)
• The Dream Team Session (6 sessions)
• Kingdom Leadership (9 sessions)
• Emotional Intelligence (3 sessions) 

Year 3 Certification:

This certification recognizes individuals who have demonstrated exceptional leadership capabilities and dedication, both within the It’s Miracle Time program and in broader ministry roles.

Certification Requirements:

•  Attend at least 40 out of 52 Thursday classes.
• Complete all 24 general leadership training classes (with the number of sessions increasing over time).
• Attend all general leadership training sessions and all advanced sessions on Google Meet.

Topics Covered:

• Structure and System (1 session, 2 hours)
• Preaching Lab (2 sessions)
• The Laws of Advancement (4 sessions)
• Additional classes to be determined

Year 4 Certification:

Certification Requirements:

• Attendance of at least 40 out of 52 Thursday classes

• Completion of all general leadership training (24 currently)

• Completion of all advanced leadership training offered on Google Meet

• Serving on the It’s Miracle Time leadership team as a moderator for 3 years.

  • Alternatively, being a licensed or ordained minister for 3 years, or serving in a church or ministry for 3 years (letter of recommendation from a pastor or leader of the ministry where you serve is required).

• Additionally, having been a throwback speaker 10 times.
